Cross in Affoltern

Am vergangenen Sonntag holte ich mir beim Cross in Affoltern über zweimal zwei Kilometer Tempohärte. Zum zweiten Lauf wird jeweils mit den Zeitabständen vom ersten Lauf gestartet.Ich fühlte mich physisch recht gut, konnte mich nur über einwenig "Cologna-Husten" nach dem Lauf beklagen...
